Shafik Sachedina is an experienced dental surgeon. He graduated in 1975 from the University of London. He then embarked on a long career as a dental surgeon. Shafik was born in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania. He serves as a co-chairman of the Sussex Health care. The company is highly dedicated to offer support services and care homes in Sussex. After moving to Britain, he acquired the nationality and held different positions in healthcare companies. He is the head of Department of Jamati Institutions at the secretariat of Aga Khan. Shafik Sachedina is also a committee member of the Aga Khan Development network. He serves as chairman of Focus Humanitarian Assistance International Coordinating Committee.
